What is the return policy?
Our personalized gifts are made to order just for you, so they can't be returned for change of mind or size. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect is replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page and compare it with your own measurements. Our sweatshirts are measured flat, so allow about 1 cm (0.5 in) difference. Between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit? Size up. Still unsure? Email us your height and usual size and we will help.
When will I get my order?
Our personalized gifts are printed to order in the US in 2 to 5 business days, then delivered in 2 to 5 business days after they ship (US); international delivery times are shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Our personalized gifts are printed or embroidered to order in the US. Nothing is printed until you order, so each one is made just for you.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide, and standard shipping is free on every order.The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. For orders outside the US, any import duties or taxes are set by your country and paid on delivery.
