Custom Photo Acrylic Plaque with Name – Personalized Keepsake with Wood Stand

Your favorite face, cut to shape and standing on a shelf. We remove the background from your photo, cut the frosted acrylic along the outline of your pet or person with a slim white border, then add a name and a short line, like Biscuit, Best Boy Since 2019. The plaque slides into a natural pine wood base, so it stands on its own on a desk, shelf or mantel. Made for a beloved dog or cat, a couple, a growing family, or a pet you are remembering.

How to personalize

1. Upload your photo in the designer above, or try one of our samples first. Choose a clear, bright photo with the whole pet or person in frame, so ears, paws and shoulders are not cut off. Two pets or a couple work well too, as long as they are close together in the same photo.
2. Type the Name and, if you like, a short line underneath.
3. Check the live preview, choose your size and add to cart. We remove the background, cut along the outline with a slim white border, and print the design you approve in the preview.

Details

• 3 mm frosted acrylic with a soft, translucent finish. Printed in full color on the front only, so it is made to be seen from the front.
• Cut along the outline of your photo, so every plaque has its own shape. The bottom edge slides into a slot in the base.
• Stands in a natural pine wood base, about 2 in deep and 0.8 in tall. Pine is a natural wood, so grain and tone vary a little from piece to piece.
• Sizes (width x height): 4 x 6 in, 6 x 8 in or 8 x 10 in. Your cut-out fits within that area, so the finished shape may be a little narrower or shorter depending on your photo. Sizes are approximate.
• Made to order just for you by our partner workshop in Vietnam and shipped to the US: made in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 7–15 business days after it ships (US).
• For the larger sizes, upload the sharpest original photo you have, not a screenshot or a photo of a printed photo. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the printed plaque.
• Care: dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid paper towels, glass cleaner and alcohol, which can scratch or cloud acrylic. For indoor display.

A keepsake gift for dog and cat moms, couples, parents and grandparents, and anyone remembering a beloved pet. Ordering for Christmas? For US delivery by December 24, please order by November 27 with standard shipping. Pairs sweetly with our Custom Photo Christmas Ornament with Name.
